He asked about his house coffee and she proceed to get onto the young man that had just clocked in that didn't even take his order of house coffee, then turned to my husband and told him he was RUDE for asking for his coffee or his money back. This is so embarrassing, to be talked to by an employee after he had stood there for a good long time just for a house coffee..You do not have the right to talk to anybody that way especially to do it to be embarrassing them after they had paid and not received the order.January 23, 2017
